I recently presented to the LI research group on my initiative The Civic Enlightenment Project, which is intended to addres fundamental challenges threatening free societies: breakdown of socio-cultural fabric and institutional decay amid weaponized news, distrust, and hyper-partisanship. CEP aims to promote peaceful, flourishing communities through coordinated hub networks and “meta-hubs” that integrate civic engagement, public sensemaking, and inner development practices so as to provide holistic community development.
