I’m very interested in this topic… especially any framings of how these single-issue-topics sort the same humans into different silos over time…
Imagining a small case study of 9 people & their strong and unwavering takes on certain issues (ie: take the most contentious/controversial issues) using it as an example of how our concepts of “those people” and “they…” might actually be pure fiction…
…if that makes sense.
