Wanted to propose we officially deprecate the second renaissance discord server/chat and redirect people to the forum here.
This has happened unofficially to an extent already e.g. we don’t link to discord on 2R main site.
Seconding. Deprecation takes the form of chat message(s) in the Discord I assume.

Agreed but is the replacement for the discord actually a combination of the forum and the life itself whatsapp groups (for short time-frame messages, sharing offers events etc?) - in which case that should be reflected in any messaging on the discord. Not sure if this means thinking about the branding of the life itself whatsapps.
I actually have a separate post about chat channels in draft - i originally was going to have it in here but thought better to cover one topic in one issue. I have posted that now …
Right now, i think we can agree this deprecation and then think about what (if any) chat type communication we need (there is some chat functionality in this forum).
