I love all the ideas here. But, as a friend points out, how on earth will any government actually get to pass laws to implement this? Given that politics is very largely under the control of the wealthy, and their corporations, including corporations that own massive amounts of land and property. (It’s a good story to point out individual land wealth, but I reckon that corporations are a larger issue.)
